Dr. Isabelle Vladoiu is a diplomatic protocol expert, human rights specialist, and global security specialist. She has worked directly with diplomats, government officials, and international leaders across multiple regions.
As the founder of the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR), she has trained more than 30,000 professionals worldwide—including diplomats, policymakers, and executives—on international protocol, business etiquette, cross-cultural communication, and diplomatic leadership.

No. Participants are responsible for all costs related to their participation, including visa fees (if applicable), international and local travel, accommodation, meals outside the program, and any other personal expenses.

What is the cancellation or deferral policy?
Enrollment secures your place in the selected cohort and is non-refundable.
A one-time deferral to a future live session may be requested in writing at least 10 days prior to the program start date, subject to availability.
Do I need to pay VAT if I am not based in the EU?
VAT is applied based on European Union tax regulations, not on citizenship or where you are traveling from.
For individuals (including participants from outside the EU, such as the United States), VAT is generally required for in-person trainings taking place in the Netherlands.
Can companies avoid paying VAT or reclaim it?
VAT is charged at the time of registration for company bookings. However, depending on your country and tax status, your organization may be able to deduct or reclaim the VAT through your local tax authority.
